Bookings may be made online at www.hotelprestige.com.al. The payment must be made at the time of check in or check out at the Hotel. We accept payment: Cash or Visa, Master Card, American Express credit/debit cards. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process. For walk-in bookings, the payment must be made on the moment of check in procedure.
Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST provide upon check-in at the Hotel your original valid photo identification document (NRIC, passport, driver’s license or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require). Bookings are accepted subject to room availability.
Room rates shown on the Prestige Hotel website are charged per room per night basis. Breakfast is included and other meals are not included.
Room rates may be charged at the prevailing rates and are payable in the currency of the Hotel’s country of location (Albanian Lek, ALL)
Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
Babies 0-2 years old are accommodated free of charge in baby cots upon request.
Maximum number of extra beds or baby cots in room is 1.
You may not bring the following into our Hotel:

Prestige Hotel reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any room immediately without notice to you. Prestige Hotel further reserves the right to ask you to leave the Hotel and remove your belongings from the room immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the room in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of, or cause damage and/or harm to the room, the Hotel premises, the other Hotel guests, staff or any other persons or the reputation of Prestige Hotel without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Booked rooms will be held for check-in until 12:00 am the following day of the scheduled check-in date, after which the booking will be deemed cancelled and Prestige Hotel shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests. No refunds will be provided for the cancelled booking.
If you check-out beyond the stipulated time 14:00 pm Prestige Hotel reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional one (1) night’s stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings and deny you further access into the room. Prestige Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken.
Booking cancellations MUST be made at least one (1) day before the scheduled check-in date. In this case there is no cancellation fee applied for each Booking Confirmation cancelled.
Any cancellation made less than one (1) day from the scheduled check-in date, you will be charged the full amount of room charges for the first night of your booking (irrespective of the number of stay dates booked) .
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. Prestige Hotel reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result thereof.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Please kindly be informed that to guarantee the room we require Credit Card details. Please note that, it is our normal policy procedure to require Credit Card details just in order to guaranty the room, for every booking request we receive, no matter how the accommodation payment is settled with our Hotel. We guaranty you that this information will be treated with extreme caution and will be deleted upon your arrival or if reservation is cancelled according to our policy.
CHANGES TO THE THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prestige Hotel reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the Prestige Hotel website and/or change or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
